When printing, a bleed means the artwork goes to the edge of the paper. No bleed has an unprinted border around the artwork that is the color of the paper.
For instance, a page with lots of text copy would be considered light coverage, while a magazine cover with lots of photos would be considered heavy coverage.
For example, 1/1 is one color over one color.
