General Printing’s Refund and Return Policy

1. Custom Products
No Refunds or Returns
All products created by General Printing are custom-made to client specifications. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-printed items once production has begun or the final proof has been approved by the client.
2. Proofing and Approval Process
Client Responsibility
To ensure accuracy, we provide clients with digital proof of their project before production. It is the client’s responsibility to review the proof for errors, including:
- Text
- Layout
- Color
- Design elements
Final Approval
By approving the proof, the client confirms that the design is correct and authorizes General Printing to proceed with production.
Important Notice
Once the proof is approved, any errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof are the responsibility of the client. General Printing is not liable for reprints or refunds due to client-approved errors.
3. Errors or Defects in Printing
Reporting an Issue
If there is an error or defect in the final printed product that does not match the approved proof (e.g., printing flaws, or incorrect dimensions), please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
Resolution Options
In the event of a printing error that was not part of the approved proof, we will:
- Reprint the item at no additional cost
- Offer a partial refund, at our discretion
Requirements for Reprint or Refund
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The error must be documented and reported within 10 days of receiving the item.

Include photos of the issue and a description of the problem in your report.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale Policy
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-printed items
- Personalized products
- Any items that have been approved for production by the client
5. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before proof approval. Once the proof has been approved and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
Urgent Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Return Process
Steps for Authorized Returns
If a return or reprint has been authorized by General Printing, please follow the instructions provided by our team.
Return Shipping
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
